What are windows good for? Nothing! Sure you can look through them, but that’s about it. Now imagine a window that’s also a clear touchscreen, wired to your home and the internet.
Suddenly you see not only real clouds, but virtual ones too. Widgets
can be used to email friends or call up traffic news and weather. Of course, low-tech panes have always been good for checking up on the weather, but with this amazo-glass you could just as easily dial up a five day forecast for Hawaii. Heck, you could even change the view entirely.
Unfortunately, you can’t buy this gadget yet, as it’s a concept product from Samsung’s eco division, but we’re now counting the days until all our windows get a tech upgrade…
